After graduating from McMaster University, with Dean’s honours, he began his career as a computer engineer but quickly developed an interest in real estate and investments. After getting his realtor license, Eric leveraged his education to bridge the realms of technology, real estate, and investing, and purchased his first rental property. Over the last 10 years, he has significantly grown his real estate portfolio and has helped several others do the same. Having purchased, owned, and operated several types of real estate including: commercial, multiplex, single family residential, and condominiums, Eric has a broad set of knowledge and experiences to help guide his clients at every stage of their real estate journey.
